I bought this mic because the one that came with my elite broke after 2 years. I bought 7 of these and they still don't work. How is that possible? Well if you touch the connector at the bottom of the controller it goes out, or the mic just stops working. I liked the original one with a solid base at the bottom of the controller, but I can't find that anywhere. I might just save so I can get the poofy surround sound ones.

This headset is great, it works like wonders, not like the others. Microsoft products are always the best to get. It might be a little bit expensive, but it's not like the cheap ones. Especially when it comes to originality....

Well i have had this head set for a while now and works perfectly. You must have a headset makes everything funner for you and everyone else. You can chat with friends or plan out strategies in games. It still works perfectly so its a safe buy.
