After calling Konami three times, long distance, they won't replace the games which won't read even though they are new, just out of the package. We bought two, one for my daughter and one for my step-daughter who lives in another state so they could play online together. Great idea, crappy game. I have multiple xbox's in my home and the disks won't read on any of them. The product is defective and Konami won't begin to help you unless you bought it at a brick and mortar store, have the receipt, and pay to ship it to them, wait three weeks or so, and then they might ship you back a new game. Maybe. Buyer beware.
