I bought this for an [..] girl who loves Disney. The songs not only suck, but if you've got anything Hannah Montana or High School Musical, etc., already, it's pretty redundant. That said... the 11 year old does not like this version of DDR and it's collecting dust. She claims it's too hard, complicated, and annoying. I agree with the annoying part. Why? How much do you like listening to theme songs from TV shows on the Disney channel? 'Nuff said on that! So how does it get used, when it does get used? With a regular controller and no dance mat... and that was only within the second week of owning it. It hasn't been touched since. Would I recommend this? Well if you need a dance mat, and the price is reasonable... maybe. If it was free... yeah. Did I waste my money? Oh yeah!

I purchased this game for Christmas for my girls ages 4 and almost 7. It is difficult for them to keep up with the foot work. I love it and get a pretty good workout doing it, the kids love to laugh at me, so I guess it is entertaining for them from that aspect. I probably should have waited another year or so to purchase it for "them" though. Good game for the price!!

My child enjoys playing this game, keeps her active for long periods of time. Highly recommended for an 9 year old. The songs on the game are catchy and she can sing along since they are familiar.
